Onboarding at Tidio
We believe onboarding is the key stage for every employee, allowing a frictionless start in the new team and the best way to get up to speed with the new responsibilities.
Each new hire is matched with their Buddy, a teammate who supports them and introduces them to the company’s culture. The new hire also receives an individual Onboarding Roadmap – a checklist of milestones to achieve during the first months in the company.

Questions?
We are happy to answer!
Tidio is a remote-first company - it means the vast majority of work and collaboration happens entirely online between teammates located across borders. Nevertheless, we give Tidioers the possibility to work from coworking spaces in their cities or access one of our two offices in Poland (in Warsaw and Szczecin).
For most of our roles, we recruit in Europe. Here, we can only consider applications from candidates legally authorized to work in EU member or candidate countries. However, there are also roles within Tidio that we hire for in North or Latin America (mostly in our Sales or CS departments). Every role we promote will have a specified location in which we want to hire.
We already have over 170 people on board.
Each role lists specific requirements in the job description. If we were to draw a parallel between successful candidates and top-performing Tidioers that would definitely be an ownership mindset, an ability to adapt to changes, and a data-driven approach.
One of Tidio’s core values is to play fair. Therefore, we treat all candidates equally. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. This means recruitment and selection of talent to Tidio is only based on individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
We usually reply within 7 working days of your submission. Once you're in the recruitment process, the recruiter will be in touch with you individually.
Have you checked our Candidate's Knowledge Base section on our blog? You will find it below 😉 But... if you haven't found answers to some questions regarding the recruitment process, we will be happy to help you. You can always email us at 👉 [email protected]
