Yes, you can work 100% remotely and within flexible working hours. You can work however you feel is best for you, as long as you are able to join online meetings.
We are only able to consider your application if you are legally authorized to work in EU member or candidate countries and the United States.
NOTE 1st March 2022: We have opened the recruitment process to all Ukrainian workers that entered the EU and registered in one of the reception points. We also offer assistance with any formalities.
Yes, of course! We work digitally by design but if you prefer to work from the office you can visit us at our sites in Szczecin (al. Wojska Polskiego 81) or in Warsaw (Varso Place on Chmielna 73 https://cic.com/warsaw). We also provide you with a scheme to support using coworking spaces in your city.
Yes, you can start and finish working whenever you want but we would like you to preliminarily agree with your team on the hours you're active, as many project tasks are collaborative.
We already have over 180 people on board.

We usually reply within 7 working days of your submission. Once you're in the recruitment process, the recruiter will be in touch with you individually.
