Hi! I’m Lisa
And I take care of all things partnerships at Tidio ❤️
If you’re an influencer or an agency owner, chances are we’ll click. I’m here to take what’s powerful about Tidio and shape it into partnerships that feel like a win-win.
What does "Grow with Tidio" mean to you?
I like to call myself an absolute beginner – if you know, you know :)
From a young age, I’ve been changing countries, moving places, switching work industries… and somehow ended up in a role where I can combine all that experience into building meaningful partnerships.
And let’s be honest, growth usually happens in the moments of challenge, professionally and personally. My path at Tidio hasn’t been an exception: lots of “figuring it out,” lots of doing things for the first time, and moments where I had to risk relying solely on intuition (and okay, market signals too). But it added a proper zing to my story. 😄
I started as a Community & Influencer Marketing Manager with a clear goal: build relationships and create content with the most influential minds in our industry. When we pivoted focus towards agencies and solution partners, I had to basically rebuild my skill set, adjust my goals, and rethink my approach. Totally worth it though, because the pivot started bringing real, measurable company growth.
What is your favorite part of your role?
I get to work at the intersection of business development and marketing so I can be creative and train the muscle of decision-making and sales at the same time. This is fun! I never know what to expect – today we create a new educational course, tomorrow we get to work on a custom pitch for a potential big partner.
And as much as I appreciate the comfortable days when everything runs smoothly, I genuinely enjoy setting ambitious goals and chasing them. It takes pushing things forward and building from scratch, but that’s exactly where the real impact happens.
How would you describe Tidio to your best friend?
A place with a genuinely healthy, respectful attitude toward individuals. You’re treated with trust and respect, both in how you manage your time and how you deliver results. Leadership values ownership and honesty.
At the same time, it’s a growth-stage company, so the effort is very focused on growth and high quality. For some, it might feel intense or demanding, but if you like building something new, it’s an exciting place to be.
What are your career goals, and how is Tidio helping you achieve them?
Right now my goal is to scale what we’ve already built, and as partnerships grow, I definitely see my team growing too. There’s just so much we could do, so many ideas on the table, and I’ll need more great people to help turn them into reality.
What really helps is that Tidio’s management has been genuinely supportive – patient when things take time, and motivating when it’s time to push. That balance has played a big part in getting us to where we are today.
What are your hobbies? What do you love to do after work?
Honestly, it depends on the day. Sometimes I’m happiest with a calm evening alone, reconnecting with myself, watching a good movie, and cooking dinner. And sometimes I crave getting myself out there: having fun with friends at karaoke, hopping to a wine bar, or catching a jazz concert.
On weekends (and whenever I can), I focus on quality time with my close ones, yoga and pilates, learning Polish, and also… sorting things out in my head. There’s always a lot going on, and it’s usually a good idea to slow down and check in with myself.
