All the work related to ideation, validation, and results measurement takes place in collaboration with the rest of the Product team, including Product Managers, Designers, UX Researchers, and Product Analysts. The execution though is where the SCRUM teams jump in. Those teams consist of a Product Owner, Developers, QA, Designer, and UX Researcher.
Activation, adoption, retention... to name just a few. But we are not data-obsessed. We like to say about ourselves that we are data-informed! 😎
Our favourites include Figma, UserTesting, Jira, Miro, Notion, HotJar, Amplitude, and Tableau.

First of all, it would be ownership on projects. Second of all, it would be feedback - never enough feedback 😉

Of course, as befits Tidioers, every quarter, we create our individual and team OITs (Objective, Indicators, and Tasks) that help us make the right decisions, stay engaged, and improve our overall results.
One of our key metrics and a Pole Star of all our marketing activities is CLV - Customer Lifetime Value.
A data-driven approach to every decision we make. When in doubt, ask for data! 😎
We love to travel and can talk about it on and on! 🤩 There was even a time when our team members connected on daily calls from Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus, Montenegro... And we feel it's just the beginning - can't wait for some workation together! 🚀

FAQ
Our team is scattered all over Poland. Therefore, we communicate on a daily basis via our Slack channels, via Zoom, and phone. We update our work in teams once a week during online meetings and once a month we have our “F&O Talks,” where we share ideas and do some brainstorming to improve the department. We meet roughly every two months in one of the offices, where we delegate work and carry out 1-on-1 meetings.
As a team we believe that it is easier to work together when we trust each other. Everyone has their own tasks they are responsible for – that’s why we all say, in unison, that the most important value for us is to take ownership. In finance it’s absolutely essential as even a small mistake can make a biiiig difference 😉
We are all huge foodies, so when we have team meetings, we usually pick a nice restaurant to go to, catch up, and have a good time 🤗

FAQ
We start our week with a longer team sync meeting online. We focus on our individual work during the other weekdays and keep in touch with each other via Slack. We also tend to meet for a shorter informal meeting over a digital cup of coffee on a regular basis. What’s more, every 3 months we meet as a whole team for a 3 day-long PC Summit.
Our work as well as the work of any other Tidioer is based around OIT (Objective, Indicators, Tasks) every quarter we create. This way, we know what to prioritize and focus on, and we can put some number on it. One of our key metrics is eNPS - an employee-centric index of how likely Tidioers are to recommend working in our organization to their friends.
We are using a couple of tools to check the crucial metrics for the organization and our team.
We make sure (measure) that people have good relationships with managers, their development needs are met, that peers support each other in reaching their business goals, that they are recognized for their work, and that, generally, they feel well and happy. To keep track of it, we use engagement surveys sent in Bob (our internal human resources information system).
Our quarterly and yearly hiring plans are well-thought-out and we know how many recruitment processes will be rolled out. So it’s not a „go with the flow” strategy.
But the real magic happens in Tableau, where we can find live dashboards related to candidate experience, all the most important metrics for the recruitment process and employer branding.
Obviously, as Tidioers we share the company's values. On top of that, we value fairness and transparency. Both in terms of collaborating as a team and maintaining relations with candidates or employees from other teams.
We’re big fans of pets. Our dream team integration is to take alpacas for a long walk...
